Overall Satisfaction with Figma

As a Design company, we use Figma as one of our main tools to structure, execute and deliver our projects for developers.
It's always our tool of choice whenever we need to start a new interface/prototype project, except for the times our clients demand that use use another one.
  • Prototyping solutions
  • Design delivery for developers
  • Team collaboration
  • Easy to use
  • Huge plugins list
  • Doesn't support advanced animations and interactions
  • Pricing (specifically for countries with worse economies)
  • Performance on heavy prototypes (eg: with a lot of images)
  • Collaboration between professionals
  • Easy prototyping and delivery
  • Easy to learn and use
  • Easy to make a good impression of our deliveries via easy to use prototype links
  • Easy to find new collaborators with previous experience with the app, as Figma is a leading tool today
  • Could be cheaper (specifically for countries with worse econonomies)
Figma doesn't have operating system problems, working well with Windows, Mac, etc (as Sketch is only available on Mac computers), or a lot of bugs and performance issues (as Adobe XD still does). Figma is a lot easier to use as it is 100% web based, winning over these 2 competitors.
Also, is worth mentioning the HUGE plugin libraries, embedded into the app. It makes the work a lot easier.

Do you think Figma delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Figma's feature set?

Yes

Did Figma live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Figma go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Figma again?

Yes

Figma makes it easy to collaborate and share out designs within out team and with our clients and partners. We can collaborate all the way, from ideation to delivery!
And now they have FigJam, which is on the way to replacing the use of "whiteboard" third party apps in the future (as Miro), but is just starting.
