Overall Satisfaction with Fin by Intercom

Fin by Intercom specifically helps us in initial customer interactions and fielding basic requests that don't necessarily need to involve a human. He specifically can really help us reduce the amount of incoming work and the start of conversations so that there's less work required from our team to figure out what exactly the customer needs.

Pros

  • Handling the start of conversations and gathering info
  • responding accurately with information to customer questions
  • responding fast and quick to customer requests
  • knowing when to pass off to a team member

Cons

  • Context and understanding of customer requests and tone
  • More clearly giving avenues of how to speak to the team, passing off
  • being specifically helpful on the internal side and surfacing good information
  • Helped with customer satisfaction and timely responses
  • Helped reduce time it takes to solve each ticket
Fin by Intercom is a little difficult to get running and requires a lot of work to get Fin by Intercom knowledgeable enough to run well in our support queue but once he's up and running he's really helpful!

Specifically Fin by Intercom has dramatically reduced the amount of work I need to do to get the information from the customer that I need to do my job. Fin by Intercom will often ask the questions I would've initially asked to get the information so that I can just do the work without needing to dig for what I need.
