Overall Satisfaction with Fonality

It is used throughout the company. It is used as a phone.
  • Voicemails are emailed
  • Voicemails can be accessed online
  • Interface works but is slow
  • Sometimes calls are very bad quality and clients can't hear me
  • Mobile app volume is really low
  • Impact is negligent, the cost is the same as if I were to have landlines. For smaller businesses they can save on not getting a PBX, but now there is a lot of competition in this space.
I am thinking of switching, so I can get a new phone. My hardware has never been upgraded from Fonality.
It is good for any business, but call quality can be a concern.
