Overall Satisfaction with Fonality
Fonality is being used within the district sales office.
- Ease of use once phone system is set up.
- Fonality's customer service is prompt and helpful.
- Billing and invoicing is easy to understand.
- As I have been a business owner for over 30 years, changing from a hardwired system to VOIP does create some getting used to.
- Training for "old school" business owners (basic VOIP system).
- Texting feature.
- Consistent monthly billing is by far less expensive than traditional hardwired phone systems.
