Overall Satisfaction with Fonality
Overall [Fonality is] good. But the reliability is terrible. Not all the phones ring at the same time. We go down often. I feel like I am constantly working with Fonality, Optimum, and my IT guy [to resolve this].
- Communication.
- Some of the support staff are great. Some feel like you are annoying them.
- Follow up emails are great.
- Reliability.
- Call quality.
- Recommending routers and hardware that work best with Fonality yet will yield best results with internet provider.
- Help set up routers.
- I would assume [the impact is] good. I pay a lot, over 750 per month.
- I don't think we should be charged for recordings. I believe DYL has it for free.
- I wouldn't go without a VoIP system no matter what.
- The HUD is the reason I have stayed.
Used Vocalocity in the past. Setting up call menu was WAY easier. But Fonality has the HUD, which is why I have stayed. But DYL offers more features, so I'm thinking about switching.
