We are a small operation and use it for inbound and outbound customer/vendor contact, and internal communication.
Pros

Cons
- Hardware may need to be upgraded to facilitate better call quality.
- Call quality via cell phone app has been spotty on WiFi, requires the use of a carrier network.
- Operational efficiency increased at least 25% - we do a lot of data crunching and the screen sharing collaboration tool is very useful.
Fonality had the features and functions we were looking for in a competitively priced bundle. We weren't looking for phone hardware and wanted a simple to use the soft phone function, and we appreciate the collaboration and call monitoring tools that were included in the package.
