Formstack has been a very useful tool that had provided us the ability to connect with our fans by capturing their information, providing easy to use sign ups for events, and making efficient user-friendly purchases. Other features such as usage of the data and seamless integration on our website have made the experience even better.

- Ongoing opportunities for trainings to better use the products
- Formstack is not an application specifically designed for tickets sales, so its lacks features directly related to the sports industry.
- Mobile app has limited functionality.
- The ability to reset your password for encrypted forms - if you forget it or one of the only people who knew it leaves the organization you need to lose all the submissions. This might be a legal thing however, which is understandable.
