Overall Satisfaction with Formstack
Formstack is being used across the organization, largely for public-facing uses such as registrations, surveys, email sign-ups etc., but also for internal use, such as work requests.
- The mobile view is great for end users.
- 508 compliant, i.e. accesssible for all users.
- Easy to use, yet still has loads of features and flexibility.
- Great customer server. Any issue we have is resolved quickly.
- Confirmation email formatting is a little glitchy.
- Can't turn off notification emails for form approvers.
- Can't set up an approval process where either of two people can approve.

We add new leads to our interest list in MailChimp. We will use Google Sheets to export survey results for easy, up-to-date analysis. We also use WebMerge to integrate Formstack with PDFs.
