Overall Satisfaction with Formstack

Most of our organization uses Formstack for inter-departmental and operational forms (forms that need to integrate with multiple systems, forms that are on websites, forms that need to be stood up for repetitive use, etc.) and it handles these forms extremely well. We do, for ease of use and to keep systems clean, use another third-party form creator for departmental use.
  • Integrations with other systems
  • Ability to create forms extremely easily
  • Well laid out dynamic field filters.
  • User based settings (saved lists) that don't effect other users.
  • Proxy in as users (to help fix issues that they have due to permission limitations or departmental integrations)
We use it for Pardot Form Handler integration to allow us full control over the forms. We also have some forms that link to multiple systems for logging and access to data. These work great as it doesn't depend on a third-party app (Zapier/IFTTT) for most of the integrations.

Integrating Formstack

  • Pardot
  • Google Drive/Docs
Pardot - Form Handlers (rather than using Pardot forms) and full field mapping
Google Docs - Sheets for logging entries to allow multiple users to access the information remotely
Salesforce - Previously used for form integration to ad lead/contact to campaigns
