Overall Satisfaction with FreshBooks

Our company, Propecta, uses Freshbooks for account receivables. We set up and send out one time and recurring invoices to clients as well as collect their payments through ACH or via check. Freshbook organizes all of this information in a very user friendly way. We appreciate all of the options for payment to make this easier for our clients.

Pros

  • Freshbooks is very user friendly!
  • Payment options are vast for easy use by our clients!
  • Visually appealing.

Cons

  • I'd prefer using Freshbooks over QuickBooks, but since Freshbooks does not have all of the features that QuickBooks does, we still use both.
  • We have never received negative feedback from using this invoice system! This is now 3+ years later for using Freshbooks for our invoicing and AR department.
We use QuickBooks for all of our reporting, payroll, taxes, and expenses. But Freshbooks makes invoicing way more user friendly for our clients since it is web based rather than a downloaded program.
Like I've mentioned before, Freshbooks is very user friendly, and does not take hours of time to become accustomed to it. This is a great way to organize invoices and payments for small businesses.
