The bot currently offered is not that great, despite training several times its not upto the mark. They really need to work on this

As informed earlier, Freshchat is good only in the case of agent assignment and has not yielded any results for us in terms of Bot, despite training the Bot several times it is still as the same. Giving incorrect responses to the users even for basic queries. To be frank we are waiting for Freshchat's Flowless bot to be deployed.

We use it as a support feature, it is good as far as automations, rules are concerned.But the only minus point which is the hot feature currently is Bot.
