It's really friendly, implementation is quick and more important is really easy to handle, whenever we have new employees, they understand the process super quick.
Freshdesk has helped a lot within our company, the customer satisfaction improved by 100%, we have a record of all the inquiries and request that we have from our customer and we can measure the reaction time.

It is really great when we have to present metrics, we can get the number from the reports from Freshdesk. Also we can measure the customer satisfaction and the reaction time for every ticket.
