Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk
I use Freshdesk to handle customer inquiries and support.
Pros
- Creating a clear process for addressing enquiries
- Easy of use
- Pleasant interface
Cons
- Roles, this was a bit confusing setting up email notifications.
- Freshdesk left me in an awkward situation with little time to find a new alternative after transitioning to paid accounts only.
This is not a feature use.
I looked at a number of other options but Freshdesk was the only quality option that offered a free level.
