Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk

I use Freshdesk to handle customer inquiries and support.
  • Creating a clear process for addressing enquiries
  • Easy of use
  • Pleasant interface
  • Roles, this was a bit confusing setting up email notifications.
  • Having a support desk has actually lowered the amount of support requests.
It simply works well for my needs and is mostly quite intuitive.
This is not a feature use.
I looked at a number of other options but Freshdesk was the only quality option that offered a free level that functions well.
