Cons
- Enhancement process is lengthy and we don't get much feedback.
- Create user group meetings.
- Surveys are a little basic - add an NPS option.
- Visibility of analytics means we have a great insight to performance.
Customer satisfaction is tracking at 95%, and we can easily follow up on the few dissatisfied customers through automation.
FreshDesk is much more powerful.
