Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk

Freshdesk provides customer support for one part of our business, and we plan to expand its use.

Pros

  • Analytics
  • Automation
  • Easy to use.
  • Great post sale support.
  • Easy migration.

Cons

  • Enhancement process is lengthy and we don't get much feedback.
  • Create user group meetings.
  • Surveys are a little basic - add an NPS option.
  • Visibility of analytics means we have a great insight to performance.
Analytics aren't available for imported tickets.
Customer satisfaction is tracking at 95%, and we can easily follow up on the few dissatisfied customers through automation.
