Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales
Being a salesperson Freshsales is our lifeline. It helps us keeping track of leads, customers, and deals. We run regular follow up campaigns for customers. Sending emails, keeping track of emails that are read or unread. Calling customers directly from Freshsales and recording the call for future reference.
Pros
- Lead Management: We have integrated our application with freshsales so that when a customer creates an account in our system it automatically creates a lead in Freshsales. Then we can follow up with the customer, call the customer and the complete customer lifecycle.
- Functionality to customize and add integrations.
- Assigning tasks/leads to different salesperson.
Cons
- Speed - At time it takes time to load.
- Mobile app needs to be improved, notifications get delayed , its not user friendly unlike web app.
- If SMS could be sent it would be great.
- Lead management features have allowed us to manage leads efficiently which earlier was completely messed up.
- Reports help us to measure performance.
- We have all emails in one place using gmail integration so its easy to find any past communications.
Features like phone, email tracking, customization, email integration, custom API forced us to move away from Pipedrive. Support of freshsales is superb this was another reason. Other features are lead assignment and task management. Lead scores to judge lead was another point where freshsales beat Pipedrive.
