Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales
We use this in integration with our Freshdesk implementation. All of our tickets for our clients show up in their account which is very helpful to us when salespeople are looking at what is happening in their client's organization.
- It's easy to use and all of the information is in one place.
- We can customize the look of the different parts of the screen easily.
- The reports are excellent.
- The related context is not particularly useful.
- We currently have a pipeline which should enable us to meet our goals. The sales campaign alone has resulted in many more demos at this time of year than we would normally have. We feel that moving into the seasonal selling cycle we have, there will be several more touches which will have occurred and that will give us a sale edge.
We used Hubspot. It was fine except the reports were weak.
