Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales

I've been using Freshsales for a year and we use the Freshsales for prospecting, qualifying, e-mail campaigns and organize our leads.
For me is one of the most complete CRMs you will find in the market. Is easy to use it and to learn how to use by ourselves.

  • Mail traking
  • There is no way to filter leads by country, we can only do by continent.
  • Overall, It's been quite a positive experience.
  • Saves time.
Actually, I didn't use any tools before Freshsales because I worked on a support team.
E-mail tracking, click-rate, campaign success rates. I don't remember any features that weren't well suited for something.
