Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

We use Gainsight CS to implement training videos and documentation. We onboard independent contractors and it helps us scale to train multiple people on any given day and they can complete it in a time that makes sense for them. We can also track conversion and drop off rate to make areas of improvement.

  • Can have multiple courses make up a whole training guide
  • Analytics
  • Helps us retain talent longer.
I believe it is very user-friendly, you can upload videos, documents, powerpoints, etc. You can also make courses be something they read through. There are quizzes you can implement to guage understanding of the content and more!

It is very well suited for training and onboarding of staff, clients, independent contractors, etc. It is also well suited for tracking the analytics of the courses you have and using that information to make educated improvements. It is easy to update when your content changes as well! Not sure where it would be less suited.
