Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

I currently use Gainsight CS to create and track risks for my book of business in client success. I also use action plans and health scores for each of my clients to ensure their health is updated for our leadership to review. Additionally, I track NPS scores and send emails to clients who complete surveys through Gainsight CS. I utilize Gainsight CS for reporting purposes as well.

  • Able to identify risk and mitigate them appropriately
  • Able to communicate internally and externally through Gainsight CS
I have been using it for years and have come to rely on it daily. The dashboards provide great visibility individually and as a team and company. Gainsight CS continues to evolve to companies needs.
This works in tandem with multiple interfaces.
