Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

I am a CSE and use Gainsight to track the health of my customer, and customer details/metrics. It helps to keep all of the customer information in one place and accessible to others outside of the account

Pros

  • Provides Customer Health Scores
  • Keeps emails and communication organized
  • Great contact detail

Cons

  • Could auto pull from emails vs having to send them manually
  • Combine data from all sources
  • It has been helpful for customer communication
It is helpful but I have so many platforms I use that I wish I could combine into one
