Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS
I am a CSE and use Gainsight to track the health of my customer, and customer details/metrics. It helps to keep all of the customer information in one place and accessible to others outside of the account
Pros
- Provides Customer Health Scores
- Keeps emails and communication organized
- Great contact detail
Cons
- Could auto pull from emails vs having to send them manually
- Combine data from all sources
- It has been helpful for customer communication
