We use Gainsight CS to track customer health and to bring data from different sources into a common place. We have many data points in many locations. This solves that for us.

  • Gives insight

Cons

  • Better visibility for JO stats
  • Easier ways for journeys and timeline entries
  • It helps us identify trends that we were not visible prior
  • Takes the guess work out of customer health
I would like to see better home pages. Maybe templates.
