Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, We use Gainsight CS to keep track of all of our Customer Success engagements. If it's not in Gainsight CS, it didn't happen.

Pros

  • Tracks activities (emails, teams interactions, meeting notes)
  • Keeps track of surveys
  • Connects with Salesforce

Cons

  • Better risk identification through AI
  • Coordination between accounts
  • Moving timeline entries to other accounts
  • Gainsight CS helps leadership see account involvement
  • Helps teammates take over easily when OOO unexpectedly
  • Renewal notes for cross team interaction
