In our organization, We use Gainsight CS to keep track of all of our Customer Success engagements. If it's not in Gainsight CS, it didn't happen.
Pros
- Tracks activities (emails, teams interactions, meeting notes)
- Keeps track of surveys
- Connects with Salesforce
Cons
- Better risk identification through AI
- Coordination between accounts
- Moving timeline entries to other accounts
- Gainsight CS helps leadership see account involvement
- Helps teammates take over easily when OOO unexpectedly
- Renewal notes for cross team interaction
