Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS
I use Gainsight CS as a CSM daily, and can't imagine using anything else. I've used others before and they do not compare. We are able to accurately track customer engagements, risk, expansion, and lifecycle updates that our business can track and use. Gainsight CS makes all of this easier, both natively and via the integrations.

Much more modern and usable. Integrates directly with Salesforce as well.
