In our organization, We use Gainsight CS to manage our customer success activities.

Pros

  • Summarize timeline activity
  • I think the Dashboard info for leadership in Gainsight CS is done well

Cons

  • I think the Sentiment readings from other programs have room for improvement in Gainsight CS
  • I think there is room for improvement with Gainsight CS assist customization
