Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

I use Gainsight CS to get a full customer profile for each of our end-users. This helps feed into the other integrations like Gainsight PX where my team are building in-app engagements to reduce churn and lower time to value.

  • It saves a lot of hours of work
The interface is intuitive and easy to use and the dashboard view makes it easy to send out report for teams with only relevant information.
They work together and the integration is great.
