Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

We use Gainsight CS to operationalize our Customer Success motions at scale through a mix of human-led and automated processes and workflows.

Automation via the rules engine and journey orchestrator are relied upon to reach our customers at the right times in their journey. This digital approach allows CSMs to focus on high value, strategic engagements.
