Genesys Cloud is being used by most of the company for inbound and outbound calls. The use of Genesys Cloud helps us make and take calls in a precise fashion to maintain great customer service for clients and potential clients for property guys .com
- Genesys Cloud allows its users to see what type of calls are coming in before you answer the call.
- Genesys Cloud allows you to change your status to either in the queue or off queue to help with when you want to answer or make calls.
- Genesys Cloud allows you to listen to voicemails that were made when the original call was not able to be answered.
- There is nothing that I would change about Genesys PureCloud.
- Genesys Cloud has a great positive impact on our company for we are able to manage all of our inbound and outbound calls in an orderly fashion.
