Overall Satisfaction with Genesys PureCloud

Genesys Cloud is being used by most of the company for inbound and outbound calls. The use of Genesys Cloud helps us make and take calls in a precise fashion to maintain great customer service for clients and potential clients for property guys .com

Pros

  • Genesys Cloud allows its users to see what type of calls are coming in before you answer the call.
  • Genesys Cloud allows you to change your status to either in the queue or off queue to help with when you want to answer or make calls.
  • Genesys Cloud allows you to listen to voicemails that were made when the original call was not able to be answered.

Cons

  • There is nothing that I would change about Genesys PureCloud.
  • Genesys Cloud has a great positive impact on our company for we are able to manage all of our inbound and outbound calls in an orderly fashion.
We use both Zoho and Genesys Cloud.
Due to Genesys Cloud being very user-friendly.
