As users/manager of the users, we use it for procurement decisions and mainly to have approval workflows in place in the organization.It streamlines the business process approvals for the indirect purchases, and creates governance across the purchasing decisions

We have built a highly transparent approval process based on the dollar amounts in the documents. The turnaround time to create PO from pr and invoice from PO is decreased. Reducing the manual data entry through its invoice extraction bot.

Implementation had hiccups but the output was tremendous in terms of document governance and data governance
