Overall Satisfaction with Gist
I am currently only using the live chat from Gist and intend to use more of it in the future as my company grows. Gist offers my potential customers the possibility of talking to my company in real-time and offers one more communication channel. Gist is used across the whole organization.
- Very easy set up
- Easy workflow, everything is where you expect it to be
- Better and faster communication with my customers
I haven't used other products as I researched which one would be the best fit for me before using it. I'm happy with what I chose and don't intend to change.
