Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We primarily use the text-to-donate functions. We do 2 specific fundraisers a year and then use the donate function on our website. We have used the ticketing function also.
- Very easy to use
- The technical support is outstanding
- In my experience, Our account rep is pretty much MIA. I rely on tech support when I have questions
- I believe The account rep should be recommending classes when there are software updates
- I believe The archive function should allow you to see forms/campaigns but not allow you to change them. Right now when you 'archive' something, it disappears, I've found.
