Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We oversee a high-end event with over a million dollars in transactions and GiveSmart has consistently helped us manage with minimal issues.

  • User friendly website
  • Creative
  • Updating the site’s graphics to look more modern
  • Limited number of site background images
  • As a backup, would like a Save button so I’m assured the edits were received
  • The ease of GiveSmart has exponentially consistently increased our year-over-year fundraising.
  • GiveSmart allowed us to manage a Livestream component so more supporters could watch from home, especially during Covid.
  • The auction is open to the public rather than paper sheets for just those in the rooms. This also allows more bids and more funds
I use Birdease for groups that have a lower budget to work with.
Minimal questions and customer service calls required.
Email replies sometimes take longer to get a reply. When I call directly, I’ve always had an agent able to assist
The site definitely needs more design options to help customized better to our brand.
