Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We are using Givesmart as our software for an upcoming dinner event with a live and silent auction.

Pros

Cons

  • not user friendly
  • Increased fundraising revenue
  • Ability for donors to text to donate
Givesmart has the mobile experience, which is what we wanted.
It's not particularly user friendly, but there are a lot of helpful instructional videos

It seems like a good all-inclusive option for doing a fundraising event. I wouldn't use it unless there were a specific event, though, because it is not particularly user friendly
