Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use this software for texting, text to give, event registration, and bringing in new member information. The opt-in campaign is likely the hardest part, and that i not to do with the software, but rather getting people to do the simple sign up. For event registration, such as our annual golf tournament, we are able to add graphics to create a great looking platform. The system allows us to capture specific details needed for the event, and to then generate reports for check-in.

The menu is not as simple as it can be, especially after the rebranding. I like to be able to find the answer quickly on the site when possible, but it is nearly impossible with the new menu. I end up having the email customer support. One time, one of the reps actauly said that the issue i was calling about accounted for about 90% of their support calls. That says to me that something needs to be fixed and made more clear. (For reference, it was getting a new element to be added in the total.)
They are well able to answer the questions. Sometimes, they reply to me customer support emails with an article that I did not find in their help section. That works for me! If I am on a call with them, they have walked me through the situation, which was helpful as well.
We have been able to customize several things on the GiveSmart platform. We generally have to have a designer create the graphics for us according to the required specifications, and that definitely allows us to get it all set according to our look, our brand, our desired specs. The one thing I would like to add would be non-users getting confirmations, say for event registration.

We are a church and it fills many gaps for us. Over the years, we have expanded the usage. We are a leader in our industry, and many newer institutions seek guidance from us. Just yesterday, I gave the information about GiveSmart (formerly MobileCause) to a growing ministry. Some parts are very easy to use - mass texts.
