Evaluating Gliffy and Competitors
- Product Features
- Product Usability
- Other
The most important factors are the ease of use, Confluence integration and the collaboration it offers.
We also have non-tech savvy people working and that has been going great. I think Usability is the top factor for us.

'missing' features could make for a different outcome in a new selection process, but its always weighing them out to other products.
