Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Use it to record external calls with vendors and partners.

It allows us to document and record the key takeways from the call.

From a sales/account management perspective, it also enables to coach reps and improve their performance on calls by providing insights into what they're doing well, what they could improve, how to perform better discovery, etc.

Cons

  • The AI could improve in regards to accuracy of the note taking for action items and key takeaways
  • Has made our sales/accounts team more efficient and improved ROI on deal conversion
Easy and user friendly. Could improve certain features, but overall great.
Yes, the AI insights are helpful, however, the summary sometimes are incomplete or the text-to-speech is incorrect.
