Whoever designed Gong knew what this tool needed to be and needs to provide their clients with. I haven't been in a full-time sales team in a while, and for me it was love at first sight, since I really enjoy training sessions, especially when the team is not afraid of making mistakes or being corrected by other team members. The synergy this tool fosters is something I would always use in these areas of work: Sales, Product, Customer Success, Customer Support.

Esy and simple to use outside of a few clunky moments with integrating to zoom/gcal or resetting the duration of recordings. Overall it's a really great tool that certainly empowers customer success and account managers to add of ton of value to the customer experience in a really simple way and makes the process more smooth and secure.

i use it so often to evaluate my performance, it saves time as well as I am not worried about taking pointers. I know if I did not listen to anything I can go and review it later. Both parties can be held accountable and this ethics compliance is a major issue sometimes

I think it is easy for those who are already using sales tech tools. The display is clear and it is easy to read what you are looking at. For those who have more trouble with technology it can be confusing to know which tab you need to go to to find specific information.

Gong's usability is high. It is relatively easy to find what you need and it provides great data at your fingertips. One of the things that can get confusing is setting up alerts but most everything else is very straightforward and quite user-friendly. There's nothing about Gong's usability that would prevent me from recommending it overall.

Gong does the work for you in terms of rating calls. It measures talk time to ensure customers are doing a majority of the talking, it highlights pieces of the conversations that touched on keywords, and also can track how certain phrases are more likely to lead to a win. Most of the features Gong provides are done for you, and all you have to do is ensure that Gong was recording, or you upload a recorded call.

Gong is very easy to use - only reason it isn't a 10 is at times I think it is overwhelming. Maybe this is because we don't get much training on Gong like the managers do. As a rep I strictly use it for call recording and since we don't use it for forecasting there is a big part of the platform that I am probably not taking advantage of / don't know how to.

Gong is very easy to use! You can easily access a representatives call by just searching for their name. You have many filters to use if you are looking for a specific call. You can also search for specific words within a call. For example, at one point we wanted to see how many calls talk about someone being a cash buyer. We were able to search the word "cash" and find these calls!

Gong does accomplish what it sets out to do. If you have the time to use it well, you can reduce close time on deals and win more. However, it can be incredibly time-consuming and sometimes painful to have all calls recorded. Perhaps my team used it differently but we generally found it insightful.

Gong was incredibly easy to use, and was quickly adopted by the users in the organization that saw value in it. Very minimal training was required. The Gong plug-in in Outlook was easy to use when scheduling meetings, and the Gong integration with Outreach was seamless to record our outbound calls. Users can pick up the basics of Gong in minutes.

Gong is very intuitive tool that takes almost to time to learn. There has never been a time that I have been confused on "what do I do now?". The UI is clean and easy, yet powerful at the same time. I know exactly where to click and how to get to where I want to go without having to read a manual
