Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Call recording, analysis, meeting minutes and notes, meeting reviews. This product heavily reduce time needed for building meeting notes, reviewing lengthy call recordings and provide evidence in any scope discrepancy discussion during project lifecycle.

  • Meeting notes generation
  • Search functions in calls

Cons

  • Transcripts are not 100% occassionaly.
  • Occasionally are not meeting actions captured properly and review is required
  • Perfect alignment between project stakeholders
  • Easy maintenance of notes and evidences for audit
The usage is seamless. Setup very easy.
