Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong is currently being utilized in my organization for the tracking & monitoring of all calls both sales & customer service. Having the ability to use Gong allows for us to go back and listen to our calls to learn from mistakes and perfect our sales process.
  • Call transcribing.
  • Communication with managers on reviewing calls.
  • Call transcription, voice to text accuracy.
  • I've been able to go back and listen to calls to remember where I left off with customers in our sales process.
Any issues our organization has ever had, Gong has been there to provide immediate support.

Gong has been well suited in helping me craft my sales process. Having the ability to know how much I'm talking versus how how much my customers are talking has allowed for me to get better through my discovery process.
