Overall Satisfaction with

It is being used across the entire organization. For my sales team specifically, we use it to keep track of our conversations as well as for future learning on what is best-in-class, how we can improve, reference, etc.
  • Connecting to Zoom seamlessly.
  • Thematically bookmarking/organizing calls.
  • Organizing per person and allowing for easy search.
  • Every so often it disconnects or logs me out of my account so I have to manually book calls and reconnect.
  • The transcript feature is not the best.
  • By having the ability to understand how to better calls using Gong, it enables us to become better salespeople, therefore closing more deals.
  • Also allows us to reference former calls with potential clients so nothing is missed for a second or third follow up.

It has made it very easy to learn from other team members by being able to easily find and listen to their calls. It also allows us to pull out specific parts of calls easily as well.
