Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong.io is used throughout different departments in Unbabel, helping different teams to stay on track of what's been discussed and to review calls with customers.
Pros
- Ability to go back and review calls
- Offering you the transcribed text so it's easier to understand what has been discussed
- Drive sales effectiveness across entire team
- Ability to select and share portions of the calls within your team
Cons
- Sometimes if you leave in the middle of your call review and go back to it, you might need to refresh the browser to play it again.
- It would be great to see the transcribed text side by side with the speaker.
- Call/meeting reviews
- Gong.io makes it easier to remember action points without having to take lots of notes on the fly, which helps making more thoughtful decisions when negotiation a contract.
