Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong.io is being used across the whole organization/company. It creates easier onboarding and supplements training sessions. Additionally, it is used to track conversations that involve key business goals and opportunities.
- Word tracking- ability to track key words, topics and sentences in order to create data
- Snippets- ability to pass along sections that get to the point
- Translations - ability to translate across languages
- Data tracking
- Compatibility with other software tools like Slack
- Sharing feature- ability to ask/request for feedback and share calls with others
- Faster ramp for new hires
