Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong.io has helped our team in Customer Service with both predicting future business processes and reviewing those used thus far. We have been able to build out libraries to utilize for training and have instated workflows to ensure complete Quality and Assurance for our team. Our goal is to assist at least 80% of our customers within 30 seconds of their original contact for inbound calls. With Gong.io, we can work smarter, not harder.

Cons

  • Transcripts are not always clear
  • Making the data more simplified
  • Giving more export options
  • Transcript feature
  • Call library feature
  • Grading tool within the call
  • Increased self awareness
  • Better QA scores
  • Helps with training
I have not used other platforms in this way so I do not have anything to compare.

Most appropriate - conducting call reviews and reflecting on rep progress ... I don't really find anything to be inappropriate if I'm being honest.
