We use it to build healthcare analytics

Optimization of healthcare metrics, building KPI dashboards on the data within [...], showing administrators and C suite users financial ROI on decisions they make in their practices.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to use language
Automated report mailers are extremely useful
The ability to drag and drop / add UI features without having to know code is good

Cons

Customer Service representative
Being able to do the same functionality in Reports and Analyze

Return on Investment

We have been able to help clients find revenue gaps in their current reporting, revenue opportunities ahead, and compliance metrics
We have been able to leverage GoodData at scale for various size clients
Negative - their product does not scale well for large clients
Negative - a lot of the settings are very rigid especially with the dropdowns and how the widgets can be displayed

Usability

As mentioned, I do think it is a good tool but for smaller groups; if you want to scale this to larger volumes of data, you need to put a lot more work into the tool
