Overall Satisfaction with Google Ads (formerly AdWords)

Our organization uses Google Adwords to promote varies products and lines of business. We have a nonprofit arm that uses it to promote events and involvement for free using the Google Adwords charitable grant.

  • Boosts phone calls
  • Boosts company visibility
  • It has a very confusing user interface.
  • It requires a lot of testing in order to achieve the desired results.
  • It can be difficult to increase the click-through rate.
  • It was difficult to contact customer service (based in India).
  • Higher visibility on the internet.
  • Increased website views and phone calls.
  • In some cases, increased sales.
We have not used another online marketing tool, like Google Adwords.
Google Adwords is well suited for very specific products and lines of business. The more generic something is, the less likely it is to be seen.
