GA360. Strong value and easy of use
Overall Satisfaction with Google Analytics Premium
We use Google Analytics Premium across the entire education division of Wiley. My team manages it and it’s used primarily for web analytics, UX, and measured performance. We leverage to produce KPI reports, benchmarking, and identifying performance trends. Also, we review a good deal around user flows and behavior across our entire portfolio of sites and landing pages. We recently started using the attribution tool.
Pros
- User Segmentation by contextual, demographic and site behavior
- Advanced Analysis tool (beta)
Cons
- Visualization of user flows
- Lack of historical or retroactive revisions
- Performance by macro and micro user segments
- Ease in setup. Lower costs to deploy
Adobe Analytics is a robust tool, feature-rich, and good reporting. It has focused on understanding user behavior and e-commerce performance at its core. However, with the sophistication comes difficulty in use and the ability for simple reporting and analysis. The setup of Adobe Analytics can be more intricate, involving custom configuration and higher costs with expertise.
