Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

Google drive is used across the organization. We document all shared processes on google drive. Collaboration within the teams is seamless since we use a Google domain.
  • Seamless integration with other Google services like mail and calendar
  • Easy sharing and updating
  • Version control and backup
  • Better notification system than emails
  • Easy document lookup than a directory layout
  • Efficient team collaboration
  • Subscription model works best for startups like ours
  • Not so much ROI if the product is not important on daily basis
Dropbox is great for cloud storage. Google drive is better with mail and other Google products packaged together.
Google Drive is food for shared documents. It is good for collaborating on team progress. It is not a one size fits for all where chats/conversations are required while collaborating.
