Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

We are using Google Drive as a productivity tracker and brainstorm dump. We share ideas in one DOC and it is much easier to track everyone's input without having multiple documents in different places. We also love the calendar which we have connected with Outlook calendars. The chat feature is pretty awesome as well.

Pros

Cons

  • getting everyone to start using. It works best when everyone is dialed on
  • exporting the calendar to Outlook is not as easy.
  • more plugins would be cool
  • saves time
Google is best suited for the team and individual workspaces. I can create several documents independently and choose what I wish to share. I love that everything is in one place. I don't have to have word, excel, email, and a chat platform open at the same time. I can just use one platform. It saves me time.
