Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Google Drive allows us to collaborate with ease and maintain our shared documents/files as we continue to work remotely, providing a valuable and quick alternative to logging on via VPN to access the network-based file sharing folder we had previously been using. Really helps speed things up by having a near-flawless app, too!

- Would like to be able to personalize app - ie. set preference of file/folder appearance to be last-accessed, instead of alphabetical
- Some colleagues struggle with linking as attachment instead of drive link
- Some colleagues struggle to get answers to FAQs

I prefer Google Drive to OneDrive for a lot of reasons, but mostly because it is more intuitive and user friendly. OneDrive does the same things, in theory, but is cumbersome to use and not easy to search - I often feel like I "lose" files in OneDrive because I of how they are automatically saved in various folders. I would 100% chose Google Drive and use it much more frequently.
