Our company uses Google Drive to share files, that are too large to be shared via email, with the team. Moreover, Google Drive has been a very useful tool to save important files and data and can be accessed conveniently by anyone who has been authorized. Furthermore using Google Drive helps save the use of paper which can help save the environment.

Google Drive is a cloud based storage solution that helps in keeping and storing important data in one place and allows the user to access them anywhere in the world with ease on their laptop, desktop, tablet or a smartphone. While Google Drive has made it very easy to upload, share and access data easily, Google Drive does not have an extra layer of protection if someone else from the team gets a link to your files and could access them easily. Another big drawback of Google Drive is the need of internet. You must be connected to internet to access the files or share them.
