It is cost-effective, effective, and highly reliable
It enhances collaboration.

Their solution is easy to use, and the only drawback is that most people are used to Microsoft products. So there's some upskilling, but that's not a problem with Google Drive. It's more of a problem with what people are familiar with. But because the functionality is quite streamlined, the upscaling curve is quite shallow.

Microsoft SharePoint

Compared to Microsoft SharePoint, the interface and learning curve for Google Drive are better mainly because the solution is much simpler and focuses on doing the basics well.
